  • RENTALS PROGRAM AT FAIRMONT MAYAKOBA® HOTEL

    Program use:

    Fairmont Residences Mayakoba® owners may choose to participate in the rentals program and offer these as part of the inventory at the Fairmont Mayakoba® Hotel whenever they have no plans to enjoy them.

     

    By purchasing a FF&E package, as well as an OS&E package (at an extra cost to the owner of US$25,000), the hotel will take care of the bookings management and operation in exchange for 50% of any income generated by each rental.
